Summary
I am a Research Associate within the department of Metabolism, Digestion and Reproduction. My research focuses on the development of methods for the interpretation of high-dimensional omics (especially un-targeted metabolomics) datasets and the use of a priori biological knowledge to assist this. More specific research interests include pathway analysis, multi-omics data integration, and predictive modelling for phenotype classification and biomarker discovery.
