I graduated from the STRATiGRAD programme with a PhD in Bioinformatics in September 2017.

My thesis was entitled "Integration and visualization of clinical-metabolic datasets for medical-decision making" and can be read here. The main two projects of my PhD were:

CorrMapper (in preparation for publication). Source code.

ScienceFlask (submitted to Bioinformatics). Source code.

Since November 2016 I've been working at IQVIA as a healthcare data scientist, leveraging the world's largest proprietary EHR database, advanced machine learning models and distributed computing frameworks to build cutting edge patient detection systems that facilitate precision medicine and automated medical diagnosis making at population level.

As a visiting researcher at Imperial I continue to maintain and support the CorrMapper web-service and finish various publications about this project.

Please visit my website for more info on my research and work, or follow me on Twitter and Github.
