Summary
Daniel Liu received his pre-clinical medical degree and an MA in Philosophy from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge before completing his clinical medical degree at Imperial College in 2011. He is a Severn Deanery General Surgery Registrar (HEE South West) in his 5th year of training.
Currently, he is a Clinical Research Fellow with the Division of Cancer in the lab of Mr Adam Frampton and Dr Jonathan Krell undertaking a PhD at Imperial College London. This research involves the investigation of extracellular vesicles in blood and bile and their potential as a diagnostic biomarker for pancreatic and biliary tract cancers.
