Aims
The aim of the module is to provide an introduction to contemporary issues in healthcare systems. The emphasis will be on currency: the selection of topics will be adopted to cover ‘live’ issues in the healthcare industry and for healthcare policy makers at national and international levels. Topics will be illustrated with reference to current debates and knowledge. The module will draw on the research expertise of the healthcare management group.
