Helen is responsible for leading the team tasked with developing the College’s partnerships with international organisations including universities, governments and funding agencies.
This work encompasses the full spectrum of international partnerships work, from hosting Presidents/Prime Ministers on campus, to negotiating new international exchange programmes for the College’s students.
Helen works closely with the Associate Provost (Academic Partnerships) and with the offices of the President and Provost to support academics, departments and Faculties in their international activities.
Since joining Imperial in 2009, Helen has held a variety of roles, encompassing international student support, international student recruitment, and partnership development. Prior to joining Imperial, Helen spent time working at organisations including the Scottish Parliament, Oxford Brookes University, and an international investment company. Helen holds an MA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Postcolonial Literature from the University of Leeds.
