Innovation is at the heart of policy discussions on how to achieve transformative change for sustainable development. My research explores how global network configurations accelerate and enable innovation as an effective response to climate change. The output of the research will be a framework to understand how technology development and transfer contribute to innovation capability building in developing countries. The research is supervised by Professor Fred Steward and Professor Jim Skea at Imperial College London. It is funded by Climate-KIC; Europe’s largest public-private innovation partnership focused on climate change.
