Summary
Sitting within the Faculty of Medicine Research Strategy Team, I am responsible for reporting (regular and ad-hoc) on a number of our internal administrative datasets. Focusing on improving ways of working, I am involved in tool development and automation to reduce duplication of effort.
In this role I have undertaken projects to improve the quality of those administrative datasets, improving analysis generated. This includes annual work around the main ResearchFish return window and input into Symplectic. In Worktribe, I have led on significantly improving data quality of our proposals dataset, including increasing availability of scheme (name of call) information.
Having graduated with an undergraduate degree in law, I first joined Imperial College in 2015 on the Department of Medicine Operations trainee scheme. After undertaking a number of rotations within different parts of the Department, I progressed to a full time role in the Research Support team – subsequently achieving the Prince 2 Practitioner project management qualification and moving to my current position in the Faculty team.
