Summary

Summary

I am a Clinical Lecturer in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care and also a Specialty Registrar (ST7) in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, training at Imperial School of Anaesthesia, London, and the International Critical Care Fellow programme at the University of Toronto (UHN), Canada.

My main research interests include the mechanisms lung injury, and the role of monocyte dysfunction in sepsis and inflammation. I was awarded my PhD in 2016, for which I received a Wellcome Clinical Research Fellowship through Imperial College, and have now been appointed as an NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer. I am also co-organiser of the Imperial College Biomedical Research MRes stream in Anaesthesia, Pain Medicine and Intensive Care.
