I completed my PhD in Software Engineering with focus on "finding patterns of failure domains across the input domain" from University of York, UK. Based on my academic excellence and professional experience, I received Department Overseas Research Scholarship (DORS) from the Department of Computer Science, University of York to fund my PhD. I have more than 10 years of professional working experience as Data administrator, Network Administrator, System Engineer and Web/App Developer in various academic institutions.

Present research

Currently, I am analysing the data of bariatric surgery patients for behaviour change. The patients physical activity, exercise, mood, wakefullness, weight and satisifaction level of weight loss journey is obtained through our mobile app (WLCompanion) and their clinical details are obtained from the clinical database. Both the databases are merged and analysed to find interesting patterns with respect to behaviour change before and after the surgery.

My research interests include data mining, data visualization, machine learning, Reporting Services, Web technologies and mobile application development.
