Overview
My research focuses on modelling and analysis of distribution system operation and planning, including security, reliability, investment, active management and losses, and development of techniques to guide cost effective design strategies.
Most recently I have worked on the impact of electrification of transport and heat, and low carbon technologies on investment in distribution networks. We are interested in comparison of different network congestion mitigation strategies.
