Summary

Ruth Harrison is responsible for the strategic management of the Library Services education and research support programmes for students and staff across the College campuses. Her team's remit includes the administration, planning and  developing information literacy and academic skills teaching across the service, including working on the Curriculum Review. Within researcher support, she is working on service development for specific issues such as responsible metrics, research data management, open access and scholarly communication. 

Ruth has worked at Imperial since 1998, and was based primarily in the Civil Engineering Department Library until becoming Team Leader: Learning Development in 2008, moving to her current role in 2012. She previously worked at the Royal Society of Medicine.
