Sandra is a PhD candidate in Economics at Imperial College Business School since September 2015 where she is supervised by Mirabelle Muuls. Her PhD through a Research Council studentship.
Her research interests are in the area of environmental economics and industrial organisation. Her PhD research currently focuses on 1) externalities from distributed infrastructure (deployment and decommissioning of renewables) and 2) firm and aggregate productivity response to climate change induced shocks (such as extreme weather events) and their adaptation to such shocks.
Sandra holds a Masters degree that focused on environmental and development economics from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree in Economics from University College London.
