Summary
As Senior Customer Service Manager I am responsible for the team of Customer Service Managers who provide a single point of contact for Imperial staff and students (our customers) into ICT.
We act as the interface between our customers and ICT to enable a smoother resolution to day to day ICT operational challenges.
Our aim is to deliver exceptional levels of service our customers deserve.
As well as managing the Customer Service Team I am also dedicated Customer Service Manager for the Faculty of Medicine.
