As Director of Advancement Operations and Administration, Zoë leads a team of 30 responsible for managing the College’s alumni and fundraising database, gift administration, legal and compliance matters for fundraising, supporter engagement (including donor relations), institutional events, and reporting on the College’s philanthropic health. As well as looking after the business administration function for Advancement. Zoë joined Imperial in 2005.
Some of the projects that she oversees as part of her role, include production of the Annual Fundraising Report, the annual donor event, donor recognition circles, and participation in the Ross-CASE survey, the annual survey of gifts and costs of voluntary giving to Higher Education in the UK.
Zoë’s background is in marketing, having graduated from Aston University with a BSc in Marketing and subsequently completed the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Professional Postgraduate Diploma.
