Professor Claire Adjiman, Director of the Sargent Centre & PI, PharmaSEL-Prosperity Partnership

“Our Prosperity Partnership provides an exciting opportunity to translate fundamental research breakthroughs into methods and tools that can be used to improve radically the manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical industry that will make process development faster and cheaper, resulting in more accessible drugs for patients."

Salvador García Muñoz

Dr. Salvador García Muñoz, Senior Engineer Advisor, Small Molecule Design and Development at Lilly

“We are excited to collaborate with leading UK institutions on enabling innovation in medicines manufacturing. Building on Lilly’s extensive heritage of partnerships across industry and academia, we are committed to collaborations that ultimately support better delivery of medicines to patients. This collaboration deepens the already strong research links that Lilly has with Imperial College London and UCL.”

Professor Eva Sorensen,  Head Department of Chemical Engineering, UCL

"The Partnership with Eli Lilly will allow us to further explore the boundaries of our fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and how to design and operate these, and will allow us to continue to translate our research into practical applications to help solve global challenges within health and wellbeing."
