Departmental Open Day

 

The Departmental open day will be on Wednesday 6th December 2017. The timetable for the day is quite varied and consists of the following:

14:00 - 14:30 First session of Research Group and Master courses information Fair in the Level 8 Common Room Blackett Laboratory, Prince Consort Road.  Members from all Groups, Sections and Centres for Doctoral Training will be available for discussions. (refreshments will be provided);

14:30 - 14:50. Introduction to the department by the acting Head of Department in Lecture Theatre 2, Blackett Laboratory, Level 1;

14:50 - 15:50  Talks by research sections and the CDT groups in Lecture Theatre 2, Blackett Laboratory, Level 1;

15:50 - 17:00. Second session of Research Group and Master courses Information Fair in the Level 8 Common Room - a chance to see the posters and talk to any representative that applicants are interested in.  There will be some PhD students available for a chat as well.
