TeX-MEX Project: Time Resolved X-ray Probing of Matter in Extreme Conditions
This ERC funded project will use the broadband, ultrafast X-rays produced by a laser wakefield accelerator to make measurements of extremely hot and dense matter, allowing us to study conditions usually only found in the interior of stars and planets. We are seeking to recruit two PDRAs, one experimental and one on theory and modelling.
