Imperial College Projects board of directors has the following members:
Dr Simon Philbin, Executive Chairman
Simon is the Executive Chairman of Imperial College Projects. Simon is also Director of Programme Management for Imperial College London. He has worked at Imperial in various senior management roles since 2003 and this has included managing the development and delivery of major international programmes and multidisciplinary centres. He previously worked for QinetiQ and DERA (formerly part of the Ministry of Defence). Simon holds a PhD in chemistry and an MBA. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
Mr Jon Hancock, Director
Jon is a Director of Imperial College Projects. Jon is the Head of Central Secretariat at Imperial College, and has been at the College since 1999. He has prime responsibility for the College’s governance arrangements and is also involved in managing the College’s Legal Services Office and its Archives and Corporate Records Unit. He is also a director of four other Imperial College subsidiary companies: Imperial College Thinkspace Ltd, Burlington Danes Construction Ltd, Private Patient Healthcare Ltd and Imperial College White City Incubator Ltd.
Mr Andrew Roland-Price, Director
Andy is a Director of Imperial College Projects accountable for its finances. Andy is also the College’s Corporate Financial Controller with responsibility for the Group’s financial reporting, balance sheet control and external audit. He is also a director of four other Imperial College subsidiary companies: Imperial College ThinkSpace Ltd, Burlington Danes Construction Ltd, Imperial (Forest House) Ltd and Imperial Activities Ltd. He previously worked in the energy sector and holds a MEng in Engineering and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
Ms Rajneet Kaur, Company Secretary
Rajneet is the Company Secretary of Imperial College Projects. Rajneet is also the Head of Operations in the Programme Management Office since August 2014 managing team operations and overseeing work delivered in support of major international and EU funded projects. Prior to joining College, she worked for College’s subsidiary company managing front office and HR functions. Rajneet holds a BSc and MSc in Engineering.
