Imperial College Rooms And Catering Service is unavailable
Changes to events and room bookings availability from September: As part of the work being undertaken by the Education Strategy and Operations Group (ESOG) to maintain and adapt the student experience in the new Academic Year, specific communal areas are to be temporarily repurposed into student space. This will have an impact on where staff can book internal events and catering.
From September, the Seminar & Learning Centre (SALC), SCR/JCR (evenings), the Great Hall, hBar meeting rooms and the Queen's Tower Rooms (QTR) will be unavailable for the majority of internal bookings until at least January. This will be reviewed in mid-November in order to determine how this may continue beyond January.
