TIES 2020 logoThe International Environmetrics Society (TIES) conference aims to foster the development and use of quantitative methods and models in solving environmental problems. It brings together insights and perspectives of researchers from different disciplines such as statisticians, mathematicians, engineers, environmental, computer and data scientists for bridging knowledge and pathways to a more sustainable world.

The first TIES conference was held in Cairo (Egypt) in 1989 and since then it has been organised in different places, reflecting the international character of the Society and highlighting the focus on diverse cutting-edge questions that constitute the frontiers of contemporary quantitative research in environmental sciences.

We are delighted to welcome you to Imperial College London for the 29th TIES conference, at the heart of one of the world’s most exciting cities.
