Healthy Living Week 22-28 Jan

A week of sports, physical activity, nutrition and wellbeing advice - all for free!

The 22–28 January sees the return of Healthy Living Week. 

If you're wanting to make a healthy change but don't know where to start, Sport Imperial can help you. All the activities we have are open to people of any ability and beginners are actively encouraged. There's no need to book in advance*, just drop in a give it a go! A selection of Active Imperial sessions are free to try for the week. Take a look at the HLW Timetable 2018 to see all that is available.

You can also come and talk to us at the Health Hub in the Sherfield Foyer between 12.00–14.00 every weekday lunch during Healthy Living Week.
