Imperial Campus Relay
Four miles. One team. Take part in the Imperial Relay 22 August.

Time: 17.00 pre-race registration point
17.30 race start
Location: Start/Finish at the Old Football Pitches, Hyde Park.
Join us for the 2nd Imperial Relay, in a new location! Starting at the Old Football Pitches in Hyde Park, participants will run, jog or walk a mile around the park, returning to the start to handover to their next teammate. Every team will be provided a racing baton to complete the relay, so you can see your team's final time as well as your own. This event is open to anyone at any fitness level.
To take part, you'll need a team of four (or minimum of 3 with one person running twice). Please note only one person will need to sign up on behalf of your team.
Results will be posted after the race.
Every team will receive a race pack including:
- 'Be Active' Water Bottle for every participant
- Runners Brief
- Relay Baton
- Post-Run Reception at Eastside, including a pizza for your team and a drinks' voucher
Form a team of four
It's best to find three other people to race with. However, we will accept teams of three with one person running two laps. Any one can take part - this race is open for all abilities.
Sign your team up
You will be required to submit the following details:
- Your team name
- Each member's name and email address
- You can also provide a mobile phone number for each participant. This ensures that you receive your race results will be sent to your phone. However you do not have to supply this and can check results on the website.
If any members of the team have any medical conditions they would like the organisers to be aware of on the day, you can supply details here as well. However, there will be first aid available and marshalls along the route.
On the day
On the day of the race, all team members must make their way to the registration desk at 17.00 to sign in and collect their timing chip.
Once you have registered there will be a warm up exercise and the race will begin at the top of Hyde Park Football Pitches at 17.30.
Please be aware: the route willbe shared with members of the public, all participants will be enocuraged to race on the inside (right hand side) of the pathway and be mindful of other pedestrian traffic. There will be marshalls along the race course to help.
