Missing Ethos? We're bringing Ethos to you!

We know you're all keen to get moving again. During this lockdown period, we're introducing free 45-minute 1-2-1 sessions with our Active Lifestyles Team. 

Whether you need a solid 45-minute personal training session, or want to sit down and talk about your health and fitness goals, our ALT members will be armed and ready with dumbbells and resistance bands.

Any Imperial staff or student can book in for a session - you don't even need a Move membership!

We are delivering these sessions in three different modes:

MFH 1-2-1 in person

In-Person 1-2-1 Sessions

If you're missing the gym or need expert advice on fitness, book in a personal training session with one of our ALT members. We're offering in-person sessions at the following locations:

 

North Acton - Available on Wednesdays between 8.00 to 17.00, Thursdays between 10.00 to 17.00, and Sundays between 10.00 and 15.00

White City - Available on Tuesdays 8.00 to 17.00, and Thursdays between 8.00 to 15.00

South Kensington - Available on Monday to Sunday between 8.00 to 17.00

MFH Walk TalkWalk & Talk Sessions

Prefer to take a walk instead? Buddy up with one of our ALT members and go on a walk, during which we can offer advice health and fitness.

Just book a regular in-person 1-2-1 session at your location of choice and just let us know when we meet you!
