Pre Season training is back!
Pre Season Training 2018 is on the following dates:
Week 1: Monday 17 – Friday 21 September
Week 2: Monday 24 – Friday 28 September
This two week comprehensive training programme is designed to boost your fitness level prior to the start of a new season. It is also an ideal way to improve your general fitness in a sociable way and, best of all, it's free!

Pre Season 2018 runs from 17–28 September, and you must register in advance in order to attend.
