In addition to our facilities and ongoing campaigns, there are a number of additional services that we can provide to your department or team to help you engage with physical activity.

This page outlines some of the projects that we have worked on in the past or that are ongoing across the College.


MoveMore Programme

In early 2021, our Active Lifestyles team created a 12-week personalised wellbeing programme based around the ‘5 Ways of Welbeing'.

The aim of this free 12-week programme was designed to give participants the tools and skills to improve their overall lifestyles through support from their mentor, workshops, presentations and 1-2-1 personal training. It included:

  • Personal training sessions designed to boost physical activity
  • Advice on improving nutrition, weight loss and healthier lifestyles
  • Goal setting
  • A 'MoveMore Pack', which included materials and tools to help our participants reach their goals
  • Presentations and Q&A's, including sessions designed to improve awareness of their own physical and mental wellbeing

Development days

We can deliver a range of games and activity that can be incorporated within your staff development days. It can be tailored to your day or we can come up with a plan for you. In the past we have delivered activities such as scavenger hunts, exercise classes, games, talks on health and fitness and sports days.


Live classes

We have delivered live classes via Instagram, Zoom, Microsoft teams, face to face, with groups and to those all over the globe. If your department would like one of our qualified team to deliver a session for you please do not hessite to get in contact.


Health talks

We have also delivered health talks and educational speeches to both staff and students in different environments, from a student’s lecture to an event for departments on healthy eating. We can create talks for any health related subject to educate both staff and students.  


Wellbeing Wednesdays and Health Hubs

Wellbeing Wednesdays and Health Hubs are back! From October 2021 we will be delivering our ever-popular Wellbeing Wednesdays on different campuses. These include a body MOT, information and educational materials on sleep, health, fitness, nutrition and you can even come and see us to have your blood pressure taken! Keep an eye out for times and dates on our social media platforms and on the website.
