Organisational Development Consultancy
The Organisational Development (OD) Consultancy works to support Imperial in aligning College strategy, people and processes. This work involves working collaboratively with leaders and teams to anticipate and respond to current and future organisational needs. The consultant team applies expert knowledge and experience working with: individual and group dynamics, change management & leadership development, as well as team culture and systems - to co-create interventions that are effective, equitable and sustainable.
