The POD Consultant team applies expert knowledge in;

  • growing our management & leadership skills
  • supporting opportunities for apprenticeships
  • coaching, mentoring (including reverse mentoring) and mediation
  • organisational safety - adherence to the legal requirements for safe operations across Imperial College

Our team of Consultants are both centrally and Faculty/Directorate based, working alongside our Faculty/Directorate leaders and Strategic HR Partners to enable; responsive, bespoke interventions based upon your specific needs. Collaboration with you via inclusive practice is at the core of our ethos and all activity which includes: organisational design, individual & group dynamics, academic leadership, change management, and team culture & values.
