This web page provides a full reading list and resources that support your thinking around self-compassion. Self-compassion is an important component of wellbeing, and we encourage some self-study by utilising the information and resources available to you.

We offer a 90-minute session focused on considering our development of Self-Compassion and how this approach can enable us to be happier, healthier and more resilient at work.
This is a facilitated discussion, introduction to the theory and practice of self-compassion and the opportunity to participate in a reflective space.

Coaching and mentoring can also provide a one-to-one confidential space to focus on work-specific challenges, and our Health and Wellbeing pages provide some additional support.
