Emergency First Aid at Work + AED - Practical aspects really helped rather than just reading and/or listening. Anna’s friendliness and easy manner helped to keep it interesting and relevant throughout. The workshop was fun and enjoyable – difficult for such a serious subject. A few little hints and tips that I haven’t seen before.
