Who should attend?

A half-day workshop designed to prepare staff to facilitate problem based learning tutorials within the Faculty of Medicine. The workshop explores the nature of PBL and rationale for its use as well as considering the skills of facilitation specific to PBL groups.

This workshop assumes an understanding of key principles of teaching and learning and of standard ways to structure and deliver teaching. Prior attendance at Introduction to Teaching and Learning in the Faculty of Medicine or a comparable workshop is therefore recommended.
