Your accommodation offer
Did you apply for Imperial accommodation before the deadline?
If you did and you met all the conditions of your offer you will receive an accommodation offer email in September. This email will tell you which hall you've been allocated to. You will only find out your room number when you arrive.
Due to COVID-19, there will only be single occupancy rooms offered for 2020-21 so that social distancing guidelines can be safely and comfortably adhered to.
If you're happy with this offer, you must accept it by the deadline outlined in the email. You'll have to accept the offer to secure your room, so do it as soon as you can.
After that, you will need to complete an online accommodation induction. Once you've done this you will have your ‘boarding pass’ that covers what you need to prepare for arrivals weekend.
Once you finish all of this you won't receive further communications about your accommodation offer until your arrival date.
