There's lots of things to get involved in during your first week at Imperial - from learning about the central services here supporting you during your time here to your Welcome Fair of clubs and societies, we hope you can have the perfect calendar of events for your interests! These events are available to all undergraduate students. For your academic timetable please speak to your department.

Whilst there's a lot of different things going on, it's important to remember you don't have to go to everything! Take some time to settle in and enjoy the first week of your journey with Imperial.

 Not in Halls Welcome - if you're a commuting student then this event is for you. You'll get a chance to learn about the support available to you as a commuting student as well as a chance to meet some of your peers!

 International Welcome - if you're an international student then you'll definitely want to join us on the Sunday before term starts. We'll be hosting an information talk followed by a fair where you can meet students and staff and have all of your questions answered!

 Provost's Welcome - every undergraduate student is invited to a Welcome from the Provost who will tell you a bit about Imperial, the support available to you as a students and introduce you to some of your student representatives.

 Discover Imperial - this event will take you on a journey to learn about the Imperial family you've joined. From cooking demos to tours of our famous Queen's Tower this event is not to be missed!

This event is a drop-in fair

 Tuesday 1 October, 11:00 - 16:00  South Kensington Campus

 Welcome Fair - if you're interested in taking up a new hobby or want to pursue interests outside of your course make sure you visit Imperial College Union's Welcome Fair. Over 380 clubs and societies will be demonstrating what they do, this is your chance to meet the students who run these clubs and find out more about how to become a member!
