Term dates
Opening times
South Kensington:
We are open Monday - Friday 10.00-16.00
The office closes for the university closure period on 22 December at 14.30 and reopens on Monday 5 January at 10.00.
White City:
We are open Monday - Friday 10.00-12.30 and 13.30-16.00.
We are closed from 22 December and will reopen on Monday 5 January at 10.00.
The offices are closed Bank Holidays and university closures.
