On this page you can find specific information for arranging the collection of your belongings for your hall from the drop-down menu below. 

In all cases, halls are open 09.00-17.00* most weekdays throughout June and July for you to collect your items. Please follow all the procedures we have outlined in order to keep yourselves, our staff and our residents still in occupation safe.

Regardless of whether you are coming to collect your items in person, or arranging for a third party to collect them on your behalf, you must book a collection time for your hall.

*last entry to halls at 16.00. Days halls are open vary.

Hall collection information

Beit Hall

The following arrangments are in place for Beit Hall.

Whether you are coming yourself to collect your items, or arranging for a third party to do so on your behalf, everyone must book an arrival slot, otherwise we may not be able to provide access to the building.

Booking a collection slot

 

Access information

  • You must arrive on the date and within the time frame of your booking.
  • Only two people can be provided access into the hall to pack your belongings.
  • Please enter the building via the West common room and check-in with the Hall Supervisors. 

 

Departure information

  • Before you leave, make sure you return any keys to the Hall Supervisor
  • Take any rubbish from your room and put in bins provided in the kitchens.

 

Car parking information

  • You may wait outside Beit Hall entrance for a maximum of 10 minutes for loading only. The car cannot be left unattended.
  • Residents should park nearby whilst in the hall packing
  • When you have finished packing your room, move all belongings outside before retreiving your car.
  • Parking close to Beit Hall is available:
    • on the street alongside parking metres

Eastside Hall

The following arrangments are in place for Eastside Halls.

Whether you are coming yourself to collect your items, or arranging for a third party to do so on your behalf, everyone must book an arrival slot, otherwise we may not be able to provide access to the building.

  • You must arrive on the date and within the time frame of your booking.
  • Only two people can be provided access into the hall to pack your belongings.
  • Please check-in with the Hall Supervisors in Gabor Hall before accessing your room.
  • Please be aware that lifts are limited to single household use only.

 

Departure information

  • Before you leave, make sure you return any keys to the Hall Supervisor.
  • Take any rubbish from your room and put in bins provided in the kitchens.
  • Don't forget to remove your bike from the bike store

 

Car parking information

  • You may park in Prince's Gardens outside Eastside halls for a maximum of 10 minutes for loading only. The car cannot be left unattended.
  • Residents should park nearby whilst in the hall packing
  • When you have finished packing your room, move all belongings to the entrance lobby before retreiving your car.
  • Parking close to Eastside Hall is available:
    • on the street alongside parking metres

Evelyn Gardens

The following arrangments are in place for Evelyn Gardens.

Whether you are coming yourself to collect your items, or arranging for a third party to do so on your behalf, everyone must book an arrival slot, otherwise we may not be able to provide access to the building.

Booking a collection slot

  • Book your Evelyn Gardens collection slot.
  • Booking via Eventbrite is essential.
  • Only a maximum of 3 residents in Willis Jackson and Southwell, per slot and a maximum of 2 residents in Holbein per slot.
  • Make sure you select the date, the correct hall and the time you want to attend
  • You cannot book a slot with less than 24 hours notice.
  • If you need to make an amendment to your booking please contact: evelyngdns@imperial.ac.uk

 

Access information

  • You must arrive on the date and within the time frame of your booking.
  • Only two people can be provided access into the hall to pack your belongings.
  • Please check-in with the concierge in Willis Jackson before accessing your room.

 

Departure information

  • Before you leave, make sure you return any keys to the concierge
  • Take any rubbish from your room and take to the outside bins in the basement lightwells
  • Don't forget to remove your bike from the bike store

 

Car parking information

  • You may park in Evelyn Gardens outside the halls for a maximum of 10 minutes for loading only. The car cannot be left unattended.
  • Residents should park nearby whilst in the hall packing
  • When you have finished packing your room, move all belongings outside before retreiving your car.
  • Parking close to Evelyn Gardens is available:
    • on the street alongside parking metres

Holbrook Hall

The following arrangments are in place for Holbrook Hall.

Whether you are coming yourself to collect your items, or arranging for a third party to do so on your behalf, everyone must book an arrival slot, otherwise we may not be able to provide access to the building.

Please note: Holbrook residents have until 27 June to collect their belongings 

Booking a collection slot

  • Book your Holbrook Hall collection slot.
  • Booking via Eventbrite is essential.
  • Only a maximum of 2 residents per block, per slot. 
  • You cannot book a slot with less than 24 hours notice.
  • If you need to make an amendment to your booking please contact: woodward-hall-supervisors@imperial.ac.uk

 

Access information

  • You must arrive on the date and within the time frame of your booking.
  • Only two people can be provided access into the hall to pack your belongings.
  • Please check-in with the Woodward Buildings concierge team before accessing your room in Holbrook.
  • Please be aware that lifts are limited to single household use only.

  • Before you leave, make sure you return any keys to the Woodward concierge
  • Take any rubbish from your room and put in bins provided in the kitchens. 
  • Don't forget to remove your bike from the bike store

 

Car parking information

  • You may park outside the main entrance for loading only
  • Alternative local parking is available

Parsons House

The following arrangments are in place for Parsons House.

  • You may wait outside Parsons House entrance for a maximum of 10 minutes for loading only. The car cannot be left unattended.

  • When you have finished packing your room, move all belongings to the main entrance before retreiving your car.
  • Parking close to Parsons House is available at:

Pembridge Gardens

The following arrangments are in place for Pembridge Gardens.

  • You may wait outside Pembridge Gardens entrance for a maximum of 10 minutes for loading only. The car cannot be left unattended.

  • Parking close to Pembridge Gardens is available at:
    • on the street alongside parking metres

Silwood Park

The following arrangments are in place for Silwood Park.

  • Book your Silwood Park collection slot.
  • Booking via Eventbrite is essential.
  • Only a maximum of 2 residents per hall, per slot.

  • Take any rubbish from your room and put in the waste compound
  • Don't forget to remove your bike from the bike store

 

Car parking information

  • There is ample parking at Silwood Park. Please follow local notices.

Southside Hall

The following arrangments are in place for Southside Halls.

Whether you are coming yourself to collect your items, or arranging for a third party to do so on your behalf, everyone must book an arrival slot, otherwise we may not be able to provide access to the building.

  • Only two people can be admitted access into the hall.
  • Please check-in with the Hall Supervisors in Falmouth Hall before accessing your room.
  • Please be aware that lifts are limited to single household use only.

  • Before you leave, make sure you return any keys to the Hall Supervisor
  • Take any rubbish from your room and put in bins provided in the kitchens
  • Don't forget to remove your bike from the bike store

 

Car parking information

The Costume Store

The following arrangments are in place for The Costume Store.

  • Please check-in with the concierge team at Woodward Buldings before accessing your room at The Costume Store.
  • Please be aware that lifts are limited to single household use only.

  • Before you leave, make sure you return any keys to the Woodward Buildings concierge
  • Take any rubbish from your room and put in bins provided in the kitchens. 
  • Don't forget to remove your bike from the bike store

 

Car parking information

  • Limited parking is available at The Costume Store - you may need to be prepared to find alternative parking.

Wilson House

The following arrangements are in place for Wilson House.

Whether you are coming yourself to collect your items, or arranging for a third party to do so on your behalf, everyone must book an arrival slot, otherwise we may not be able to provide access to the building.

Wilson House residents can book an arrival slot Tuesday - Friday 09.00-12.30, 12.30- 16.00 (Last entry at 16.00, the hall closes at 17.00) from Tuesday 7 July - Friday 28 August. 

Your Hall Supervisor will be available to help you with any queries you have on the day. Anything that we can't help you with there and then, we'll take your details and will follow up with you via email. Booking a collection slot

 

Access information

  • You must arrive on the date and within the time frame of your booking.
  • Only two people can be provided access into the hall to pack your belongings.
  • Enter the building via House 64 reception and check-in with the Hall Supervisors. You must bring your College ID with you.
  • You must wear a face covering when inside Wilson House.
  • You will then be escorted to the storage location of your items. Bring your own boxes to transfer your items into.  
  • There will be a one-way system in place within Wilson House and hand sanitizing stations - please be sure to make use of these. 

 

Departure information

  • Before you leave, make sure you return all your keys (room, postbox and kitchen cupboard keys) to the Hall Supervisor
  • You can leave any library books in a box at reception
  • Check the post room for any parcels that may have been received
  • If you still have your keys and don't intent to return in person, please send them to:

Car parking information

  • You may park in the driveway in front of Wilson House for a limited time whilst you are on the premises.
  • Parking at Wilson House is limited, so please move your your car once you have finished packing so other vehicles can make use of the driveway. 
  • We advise you not to leave the car unattended or unlocked whilst loading your items. We cannot be held responsible for any criminal action that takes place on site.  

Woodward Buildings

The following arrangments are in place for Woodward Buildings.
