What is Science for Parents?

Not a fan of science at school, but would like to help the kids with their homework now?

Science for Parents is a new free science course for parents of Key Stage 2 children, starting in January 2020.

You will get to grips with KS2 science through informal sessions that will include practical ‘kitchen sink’ experiments for you to take home to the kids. The sessions will help you to talk about science at home, be more confident at helping with homework and encouraging your children in science.

Absolutely no previous knowledge will be required, just a willingness to get stuck in!
