The Faculty of Medicine fundraising team is united by a mission to raise as much philanthropic funding for Medicine as possible. Working with researchers and clinicians across the seven campuses where the Faculty is based, we fundraise for priority medical research that will help improve health and wellbeing for individuals and communities around the world.

Relationship building is at the heart of our work. We build trust, inspire interest and make connections between supporters and our colleagues within the Faculty of Medicine. This includes arranging visits to our buildings and facilities, sharing updates on research and scholars’ progress and facilitating meetings with researchers. By working closely with supporters - whether these are individual philanthropists, corporate entities, charity funders, patients and their families or alumni – we can understand their interests and priorities and recommend giving opportunities that engage and inspire.

We fundraise for a range of priority student and research initiatives, as well as cross-College initiatives including the Campaign for the School of Public Health and the new Institute of Infection.

Philanthropic support for the Faculty of Medicine is transforming the lives of our students, enabling life-changing research, providing state-of-the-art facilities and helping to attract and retain internationally-renowned researchers to Imperial. Our donors are enabling significant breakthroughs in Medicine, from improving child health outcomes to pursuing treatments for dementia patients.
