The Student System (Banner) is used to manage the information of Imperial College London applicants and students. It is restricted for authorised use. Modules include:

  • Admissions applications management;
  • Visa management;
  • Student finance;
  • Student records management

Applicants have access to the Imperial Gateway to apply to the College. Students have access to the My Imperial student portal where they register with the College and enrol annually on their programme, view their exam results, update their contact details and request documents.
