We are now no longer using Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging and all staff should now be using Cisco Unity.  ICT has worked hard to minimise the impact of this move. The majority of functionality will remain the same, voicemails will still be delivered to your inbox so you can play them on your PC and you will also still be able to dial into the system on 43333, or by pressing the MSGS key on your Cisco handset, to pick up your messages.
