Overview

In this course, we introduce key concepts of stress and wellbeing.

The Health and Safety Executive stipulates that employers have a legal duty to protect employees from stress at work by doing a risk assessment and acting on it. In this course, delegates will learn how to identify stress risk factors in the work environment and how they can prevent and reduce stress in the workplace.

By attending this course, you have the unique opportunity to take a stressors analysis questionnaire to your team members (pre-course) and have a bespoke Report prepared that will help you identify where your team is with regard to their stress levels. During the course, the instructor will discuss the Report results with you and will be able to advise you on actions that can be implemented with your team.

We also present the PERMA model of wellbeing and discuss how you can apply this in the workplace.

Registrations will close before the Course date to provide sufficient time for delegates to complete the pre-coursework.  Please see the closure dates in the ‘Information and Booking’ box on the right.

Who is it for?

This course is for Managers who want to promote greater resilience and sustainable high performance in their teams.

We also recommend that managers attend our course Building Personal Resilience. This will equip you with practical skills for managing stress and building resilience for individuals.
