Coronavirus (COVID 19)

Due to the changing situation with COVID-19 we have decided to cancel events with schools and school children until 30 May 2020. Since we won’t be carrying out face to face teaching we would not be able to guarantee having sufficient student mentors to supervise our face-to-face programmes. Our first priority is the well-being of our staff, students and visitors. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact the programme manager / Imperial visitor if you have any questions or concerns and check the website for updated information.

We organise a busy programme of term-time lectures. These offer an exciting taste of some of the latest research and activities happening at Imperial, tailored for a school-aged audience.

These talks and demonstrations by some of Imperial's leading scientists have recently covered topics such as rocket science, cosmic disasters, artificial cells and tractor beams.

The events are free and are offered on a first come first served basis to all schools and colleges.

For a full list of our current events see our Events summary.

There are currently no STEM lectures available to book. Please check back in the autumn term.
