Ultrasonics for texture and diffusion bonded nickel alloys
The aim of this project is to examine the possibilities of using ultrasonic waves to detect bulk texture information in HCP materials, and to develop a technique and an instrument to achieve this goal.
Experimental studies are carried out to examine the scientific nature of wave propagation in poly-crystal Hexagonal Close-Packed (HCP) aggregates.
