The interactive Graduate School induction provides an overview of their professional development programmes for both master’s and doctoral students, inviting them to think about building their programme of skills training.  For doctoral students, it also explains the College’s professional skills milestone attendance requirements.

The master's and doctoral inductions must be completed and can be done via their website.

The Centre for Academic English (CfAE) specialises in academic STEMM communication and works with all students and academic staff, both native and non-native speakers of English.

All incoming MRes, MD(Res) and PhD must watch the CfAE induction video via MS Stream or YouTube. You can also join the CfAE Teams page for remote support.

Master's students must also watch the below Introduction to Blackboard videos; this is optional for doctoral students.
