Access to the Business School and facilities

Need a place to meet or catch up on your emails when in London for business or holiday? Feel like dropping in for a coffee? Imperial College and Business School alumni are invited to use our Alumni Visitor Centre (AVC) and meeting space located next to the Business School entrance on the ground floor. Alumni can also access the ground floor College Café during opening hours.

If you require access to another area of the Business School please contact us or +44 (0)20 7594 6137 for more information.

As an alumnus of Imperial College London you continue to have access to the library facilities.

To use the Library at the South Kensington campus, you will need to register for an Online Alumni Account. You can then register at the library issue desk on Level 1 and will need to log in to your alumni account to verify your status as an alumnus.

Alumni can borrow up to five items from the Central Library, and you also have walk-in access to a limited number of online resources. Please visit the Central Library’s page for more information.

Ethos Sports Centre

Alumni benefit from special rates if they wish to join Ethos, Imperial College’s flagship sports centre at the South Kensington campus.
