Innovation & Entrepreneurship are very much at the heart of what Imperial college does and we are in a unique position to work with companies that want to accelerate entrepreneurial thinking.

In this webinar, Anu Wadhwa, Associate Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Imperial College Business School walks you through companies including Kodak and Polaroid that failed to appreciate that digital would change the film and imaging industries. She also touches on why ‘good’ management can hinder innovation, how emotional attachment to products can be a powerful barrier to change and how to develop an innovation mindset.
