Professor Esther Rodriguez Villegas, Chair of Low-Power Electronics in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, gives her Foresight lecture at Tech Foresight 2035, which focused on a new generation of low-power sensors and advanced algorithms. This technology raises the possibility of cheap, portable diagnostic devices for point of care testing, continuous monitoring and self-diagnosis.

Over a 30-year career, Bob focused on bond markets as a corporate bond analyst. He worked at a major rating agency, asset manager, hedge fund, Citigroup and Société Générale. He has published ESG and climate-related reports and written on environmental risks for years, including Moody’s first report in 1991. He is a graduate of Ithica College and attained a PhD from Brown University.
