A business model is the logic of a company. It describes how a company works and what success is based on. In order to stay competitive and profitable in today’s business climate, it is no longer sufficient to merely develop new products and services. Companies frequently redesign their entire business model to differentiate themselves from competitors, maximise profits and improve customer experiences.
In this webinar, Imperial College Business School’s Professor Bart Clarysse presents examples of different business models and examines the dimensions of business model innovation.
