Lucia Okafor graduated in the Global Online MBA class of 2020 and is a Senior Manager (Strategy) at PwC. Reflecting on her experience, she said:
The support of my Career Consultant was essential because it meant I had someone to share my ideas with and get some feedback. The support I received in rewriting my CV was also invaluable. Even after completing my studies, my consultant has checked in regularly with me, which gives me the opportunity to provide updates and reflect on my progress towards my goals.
The Personal Leadership Journey is one element of the highly personalised career support available to students on the Global Online MBA.
More about the Global Online MBA
This news follows our recent positioning where the Global Online MBA ranked as a global top three programme in the Financial Times Online MBA Ranking 2021.
The Global Online MBA continues to evolve and strengthen, and in September 2021 we have introduced some updates to the programme to enhance the learning experience for students. The Imperial Global Online MBA is a part-time programme delivered in an online format - allowing you to study from anywhere in the world, with the ability to complete your programme in 21 months, 24 months or 32 months.
The programmes fuses innovative thinking and new technology to deliver a practical curriculum that you can apply in real-time to your jobs while you study, benefiting both your career and your employer.
To establish a close-knit connection amongst students, the programme commences with an induction week on our campus in London (pending COVID-19 travel restrictions). You also return to campus at the culmination of the programme, further solidifying the lifelong friendships and networks in your cohort.
The programme is delivered via core modules, electives and projects. The core modules build rapidly on your previous experience, while introducing new and challenging disciplines in essential business topics, and you begin to tailor your learning via flexcore modules. The wide range of electives allow you the opportunity to diversify your knowledge or specialise in an area of interest. Group and individual projects bring together all of your programme learnings.
