Why did you choose to study at Imperial College Business School?

I chose to pursue MSc Finance at Imperial College Business School primarily because of its content and the way it is structured. The aspect that I like the most about the programme is that it is flexible in the sense that students can choose the electives they prefer and specialise in their sector of preference. Additionally, it is structured in such a way that it is suitable for students who either want to pursue a career in industry or academia.

What did receiving a Future Leaders Scholarship mean for you?

I feel particularly honoured to be awarded the Future Leaders scholarship. This scholarship, among other things, means that the Business School believes in me, something which is truly inspiring. Considering that without this scholarship I wouldn’t be here right now, I feel the need to give something back to the School for this huge opportunity it has given me. I plan to do that by doing my best to help the School achieve its mission of benefiting business and improving society through the power of innovative thinking.

Why did you choose to study at Imperial College Business School?

I worked in the Central Bank of Mongolia in the Research and Statistics Department for three years. Surveying and doing economic and financial analysis in the research division, and checking balance sheets in the statistics division, made me realise that I need to enhance my knowledge in finance and accounting. Imperial College Business School is one of the few universities that offer both disciplines combined in one degree. What I really like about this programme is we get to learn from professors who are top in their field, which allows us to have a deeper understanding of concepts.
