We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Brunswick Group, a global advisory firm specialising in critical issues and corporate relations, on their Tomorrow’s Leaders programme. As exclusive partners in the UK, the programme is an opportunity for selected Imperial Full-Time and Weekend MBA students to interview global CEOs.

Tomorrow’s Leaders gives students the opportunity to bring to life the insights of global CEOs on some of the most important conversations of our time. The programme is also a unique opportunity for CEOs to tell their stories of purpose and commitment, and shape how future leaders view the world.

The conversations will be anchored around the 5G prism from Brunswick’s Perspectives research: generations, gender, geography, graduate status and global cities. The

Perspectives data, from more than 42,000+ respondents across 26 counties, found that the vast majority of people think that business can provide solutions to major challenges, including education, economic opportunity, equality and security.

Nine Imperial MBA students are taking part in Tomorrow’s Leaders, which includes interview preparation, training and coaching, guidance on outreach to CEOs, and editorial assistance to bring the interview to life. The programme complements the “Interview a Leader project” on the Full-Time and Weekend MBA.

Full-Time MBA student Alison Lane’s project explores how businesses can be demonstrably honest and trustworthy. She says, “I am very excited to be part of this initiative and to share leadership insights across generations. I am passionate about ethics in business and the importance of human capital. I look forward to interviewing a CEO who can share insights on why these issues are important in today’s global business environment.”

Full-Time MBA student Konstantinos Malkogiannis’ project focuses on the issues and opportunities of a global economy. He says, “I am excited to be a part of the Tomorrow’s Leaders program. It provides an excellent opportunity to connect with and present key survey findings to leading CEOs and exchange views on topics such as globalisation, generation gap, markets and education.”

Hannah Daniels, Assistant Director of MBA Programmes at Imperial College Business School says, “Our MBA students will have unparalleled access to an opportunity that brings to life compelling ideas, challenges conventional wisdom, and most importantly builds a relationship with a global leader. We are thrilled to be Brunswick’s partner in this important endeavour.”

Susanna Kempe, Group Partner for Content and Marketing at Brunswick says, “We are delighted to partner with Imperial and look forward to working closely with their MBA students. This effort is a forum matching leaders of tomorrow who see themselves as CEOs of the future, with the leaders of today.”
