Born and raised in Johannesburg, Wade moved to London three years ago. He studied civil engineering and is currently enrolled in the Global MBA programme. Wade transitioned to financial markets, seeking an exciting work environment with 7 years work experience as an equity research analyst focused on emerging market resources sectors. Wade is passionate about cricket and gaming and is an avid cook.

James Latimer-Butler - Co-CIO Fundamental Portfolio Management 

Global MBA

Prior to commencing the Global MBA program, James had worked for seven years in the City. Most recently, James was a fixed income specialist at the Bank of Montreal where he was a part of the Emerging Markets Debt team. Before making the move to BMO, he was an investment writer at Capital Group and also a member of their global associate council. James started his career analysing ESG issues at one of the UK’s largest responsible investment
managers (CCLA). Finally, he is a Chartered Member of the
Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
 In his free
time, he enjoys playing the guitar and gets on a surfboard
whenever he
 gets the opportunity.

Stefan Markovic

Stefan Markovic - Co-CIO Quantitative 

MSc Finance 2021

Stefan holds experience working in a credit trading firm as a Research Analyst. He graduated with BSc Mathematics with Statistics for Finance from Imperial College London. After graduation, Stefan decided to stay with Imperial and now pursues a Master degree in Finance at Imperial College Business School. He is a keen tennis player and competed in junior categories when he was younger. He now likes to play on weekends with friends and classmates.

Anar Bayramov

Anar Bayramov - Co-CIO Quantitative 

MSc Financial Technology 2021

Anar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Durham University and is currently reading a Master’s degree in Financial Technology. After graduating from Durham, he worked as an Algorithmic Trader at a startup proprietary trading firm where he was involved in the planning and development of strategies and building of risk management infrastructure. Anar has played golf since the age of 11 and even had the opportunity to train with the Azeri Olympic golf team. He also won several regattas with
his college boat team at Durham. Nowadays, he tries to
take a boat out whenever he can.

Charlotte Caspers

Charlotte Caspers - Director of Marketing & Communications

Before moving to London to pursue a MSc in Strategic Marketing, Charlotte worked in Paris as Project Manager in Operational and Digital Marketing. She has worked in several Marketing roles in Germany, France and the UK over the last 5 years and speaks German and French. Charlotte is an ambassador for GAIN – Girls Are INvestors, a community of investors with charitable status. She’s an avid amateur writer and in the past has put 
one of her short plays on stage with the UNESCO Short Play
Festival.
 She enjoys horse riding and is an avid rock climbing 

beginner.

Suren Chelliah

Suren Chelliah - Sustainability Officer

Suren Chelliah has over a decade of professional work experience in public policy, investment research and banking with a focus on ESG integration within the areas of responsible investing and sustainable financing. He is a Chevening Scholar pursuing his Master’s degree in Climate Change, Management and Finance. Suren has a Master’s degree in International Monetary Economics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Essex. Aside from being an art
collector, he is also an avid Scuba diver. He speaks English,
Malay and Tamil and is an enthusiastic amateur photographer.

Davide Sciuto - Founder & Chairman

Davide founded the Fund as an initiative while a student at Imperial, and has been advising on its entire development ever since. He holds two bachelor’s degrees in business administration with first-class honours from Università Cattolica in Italy and Lancaster University in the UK, where he also launched its first student investment fund. He has previous work experience in banking, asset management and financial services through positions at Citi, Newscape Capital and Lond Capital, and is now working in the

Hiu Hiu Sau - Alumni Advisor

Hiu Hiu was previously the Director of Brand & Strategy, overseeing the Fund’s strategic direction and supporting on overall Fund management. Prior to her studies at Imperial, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA double major in Computer Science and Music. She holds past experience in strategy, product development, and marketing in both Hong Kong and the United States, and is currently a Management Consulting Associate at PwC in London.

Andreas Theodoulou - Previous Co-CIO (Quantitative)

MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering 2019

Andreas co-lead the first Quantitative Division of the Fund, developing the initial series of strategies and coordinating the quantitative research within the teams. He previously graduated with a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Bristol, and is now working as a Quantitative Analyst at the Bank of America in London.

Karl holds a MSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from ENSTA Paris, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. He has completed a system engineering research internship at NTNU University in Norway and has experience as a management consultant in New York, and a freelance mobile application developer for start-ups.

Simon de Fauconval - Previous Portfolio Manager & Principal Trader (Quantitative)

Simon managed the first quantitative investment strategy of the Fund: Momentum. He holds a BSc Summa cum Laude in Statistics from Sapienza University of Rome, and his main fields of experience are quantitative finance and data science. He completed a research project in financial machine learning in collaboration with Fideuram Asset Management. He currently advises on the quantitative strategies of the Fund, and is now working at BNP Paribas Asset Management in London

Balint Geiger - Previous Co-CIO & Principal Trader (Fundamental)

MSc Investment and Wealth Management 2019

Balint co-led the first team of the Fundamental Division, spearheading and managing the fund’s initial investment, the Market Neutral Portfolio. He holds a BSc in Finance with first-class honours from Warwick Business School, and has an interest in quantitative investing, portfolio construction and machine learning. He has previously worked at Citi, and is now the fund’s alumnus advisor for the Portfolio Management Team.
